Let’s review some of the key rules that seem to be confusing/ignored:
- To enter the building (walk through the door), you must be an active member or be an hourly paying guest. If you are unsure/have a question, call 810-666-1506. 😊
*2. A golf only membership does not include pickleball. A pickleball only membership does not include golf. Do not book yourself on an amenity you are not a member of. The app will not charge you like it would as a normal guest. Avoid a fine and reach out to management instead before playing.
*3. The original booker for each time slot is responsible that all other attendees are members or paying guests. If not, the original booker will be charged and fined accordingly (termination is an option).
- Cameras are actively watched during booked times and reviewed accordingly. See #1-3 again above.
- This is not a public Rec Center.
Do not take it upon yourself to let a non-paying guest “TRY” an amenity
(SEE #1 AGAIN = initial issue already).
- If someone is interested in “trying” before buying, reach out to management BEFORE your booking! 810-666-1506
- Be respectful. Respect the facility. Respect other members. Respect the RULES.
We have rules for a reason. These rules are not to inconvenience you. Instead, they are put into place to ensure smooth operation and keep everyone safe.
